Welcoming audiences with a fourth-wall-breaking anti-hero, MARVELous The Show is a mixed-up musical parody that reimagines Stan-Lee’s superhero universe with “sexy” dialled all the way up! As fringe-goers are heckled into their seats by Deadpool, who also acts as the narrator of the multi-part performance, the show begs the question: What if… Marvel had more nudity?

Featuring live vocals and sensual choreography, Marvel fans are sure to enjoy the show, following the tales of Iron Woman, Lady Thor, and Captain America. Audience members get a new perspective on these well-loved heroes, blending their stories with iconic movies and musicals like Wicked, Flashdance, Magic Mike, and more!

Hosted in The Flamingo at Gluttony, the show also features a range of stunts and aerial performances, including an aerial straps performance by Jacob Mcpherson’s Spiderman, hand to hand combat expertise with Megan Wonfor as Black Widow, and aerial pole with Thor (played by Thomas Remaili). These talents are weaved together with a rock-inspired soundtrack, making the promiscuous acts even more risqué.

One of the highlights from the show is Andrea Zappacosta, a multi-talented performer who brings a strong dose of passion, charisma, and killer vocals to her role. Suspended in the air with tesseract and scepter in hand, Andrea uses her impressive vocal range to tie two of the most iconic fandoms together with a breathtaking, gravity defying (wink wink) musical number.

Whether you’re a True Believer or only tune in for the occasional MCU blockbuster, you’re sure to get a kick out of MARVELous The Show!
