Disco Wonderland – Dancing til Dawn ★★★★★

Ever wondered what it was like to be one of the elite few to get behind that coveted velvet rope at Studio 54? You may not have quite made it there, but this show will certainly bring you pretty close to that experience! Think disco balls, glittery costumes, sweaty dancing, and most importantly amazing music!

Disco Wonderland brings all the energy and glam of the disco era from The Bee Gees, The Jackson 5, Donna Summer, Earth Wind and Fire, Sister Sledge and more, there is nothing this show leaves out!

At the helm are power house vocalist Paulini – who belts out the most challenging vocals with what seems like the greatest ease, and singer/dancer Timomatic who wows the audience with his moves. They are joined on stage with South Australian singer-dancers Philippa Lynas, Mark Stefanoff and Amelia Sanzo, along with local band Er@ser Description.

There really is something for everyone in this show, even if you’re not a huge fan of disco (who isn’t though!?) watch in awe at the amazing dancing ability of Amelia Sanzo. Mark Stefanoff will also have you wondering how he is able to control his breathing and sing while doing an aerial performance on a hoop!

This show is high energy from start to finish and will have you dancing in your seat wishing it didn’t have to finish so soon! As you walk out The Peacock at Gluttony with the sun blaring in your eyes, you’ll feel akin to having a big night out – lots of singing, lots of dancing and stumbling out the club at daylight! This is one show definitely worth catching before Adelaide Fringe Festival winds up on March 21st.
