Welcome to the Witching Hour….

@something_wicked__ was the first burlesque show that I’ve seen that was presented as a narrative (rather than a series of individual acts) and I must say if last night was anything to go by HUGE FAN!! of the format!

The @hausoffury produced a polished, cohesive , fast paced, high energy show with world class performers full of show stopping moments that had the crowd on the edge of their seats! If this is what being bad looks like sign me up!

Highlights…

It was all about the eyes for me with @miss.eli.fury , she was a crazy good dancer & Fire Artist and all of that was magnified 100 times because she had a stare that looked like she was staring through your soul. The kind of thing that would haunt your nightmares!!! Perfect casting for the wicked witch!!!

@bella__bbydoll was brilliant as the corrupted bride. I loved how the choreography transformed her from appearing as the wounded princess to a sexually empowered individual. Bella executed the choreography to perfection. Unsure if I want to be her or am a little intimidated by her!

@porcelain_alice was freaking fantastic as the sword swallowing burlesque artist. The sword swallowing is mind blowing in of itself but this spectacular human managed to insert the sword swallowing into an independently epic burlesque routine and I think that deserves 👏👏👏👏

@ivsdjakovic was absolute perfection as the lead, she was a delicate being on the silk, she was ravaged by the spirits of the underworld eventually expressing the darkness within her. She was able to manipulate her body to show everything from innocence to fear to lust to power and I’m here for it!!!

The cast was supported by an epic troupe which included these beautiful humans @missggboheme @mizzy_cizzy @grace.e.hooper

And a most brilliant stage manager @lylah.bloom !

oops did I just say everything and everyone was a highlight!

Giving this show a very industrious thumbs up!!
