”The Anti-Experts Guide To The Pandemic” is a show every Fringe should produce, in order to analyse and satirise a nation’s year.

Here, “The Chasers’” Charles Firth and “The Shove’s” James Scholeffel lampoon us through the pitfalls, mistakes, and uncarted waters.

Rear projected graphs show how the Pandemic quickly escalated, with one shooting upwards signifying ‘New Zealand’s smugness’! There was also one showing how toilet paper panic-buying had emptied supermarket shelves of laxatives!

The ABC ‘copped it’ with a glaring, rude four-letter word misprint, showing how BUDGET CUTS have led to the axing of proof-reading jobs. I’ll leave the erroneous word to your imagination!

There were also some serious moments, especially revealing the alarming growth of paedophilia.

The highlight was a hilarious sequence where the audience recited Prime Minister, Scott Morrison’s tactics in dodging probing press conference questions.

Clever and rewarding! Gluttony. Rymill Park until March 7th.
