If you like your Fringe shows to be funny, outrageous and without boundaries, the highly anticipated new headline act The Party (Strut & Fret) is your show in 2023! I mean, it's not quite so dirty that you'll need a shower and a psychologist when you get home, but almost.

From the much loved company who bought us Blanc de Blanc, Limbo and Purple Rabbit, you can expect a high quality cast, epic set and well, extremely flamboyant costumes (when they are wearing anything). If you haven't yet worked out this show is 18+, book the sitter. We guarantee for 120 mins you will forget that you ever had children, responsibilities or a boring life of domestic chaos at home. 120 mins you say? Don't worry there is a toilet and drinks intermission for the win.

So we have established that it's rude and crude, but let's pay homage to the very talented lip syncing, physical theatre, belly laughs, endless sexual innuendo and constant WTF moments thrown in at every turn. The music was an absolute vibe, and our favourite may have well been a jazz version of 'My Neck, My Back, My Pu$$y + My Crack'.

No denying it, this is THE Party. On a stage. Full stop.

Four stars. Because they gave us a drinks break and came home strong.
