Prepare to be educated, empowered and if you're anything like me, moved to tears with this powerhouse of a cabaret star. Millicent Sarre Is Opinionated takes the patriarchy and smashes it with some hard facts, hard truths and killer vocals. Millicent (or Mim) calls herself a "professional feminist" and I think she has definitely found her calling!

This one woman show has everything you want from a cabaret show - conviction, humour, talent and relatability. Mim commands the attention of the audience from the second the show starts and nothing is off limits - expect songs about the gender pay gap, body image, fulfiling sexual needs, our inner demons and an absolute cracker about grown men who date teenagers. Seriously Mim, can I hire you to come to family lunch and articulate everything I have ever wanted to say in response to their ignorant and bigoted comments?

And WHAT A VOICE! Everything that Mim performs throughout the show are "Millicent Sarre Originals" (and available on streaming platforms btw) and she did not miss a note all night. Laughter, goosebumps, tears, anger, empowerment - I felt the full range of emotions throughout the hour show.

Take your racist Auntie, misogynist brother, gaslighting ex-boyfriend and most importantly your best friends and enjoy a night with the excellent Millicent Sarre.
