Ladies and gents, groovers and shower singers.... it lives up to the hype!

Velvet Rewired was my first Velvet experience and oh boy, why have I not been before? Prepare yourself for an hour packed full of disco, dance, aerial, passionate fans and roller skates. Yes you read that right, roller skates!

Marcia Hines steals the show with her incredible vocals - expect all the disco bangers including 'It's Raining Men', 'Shake It' and 'Disco Inferno' with the leading lady backed up by some fabulous backup singers and the rest of the talented cast. Enjoy the heart in mouth moment as two rollerskaters perform some truly death defying tricks on what is possibly the tiniest rollerskating rink in the world. 

This is a highly polished show, with the dancers hitting every angle while the singers hit every note. The audience was grooving along in their seats from the moment the show started and finished with an enthusiastic standing ovation at the conclusion.

Take your sunglasses - between the sequins, glitter and lighting this show can surely be seen (and heard!) from space!
