“No Strings Attached” is a theatre company that works with disability clients to enable them to access theatre as a means of expression. This production was their collaboration on 2021 and its effects. The several segments explored the differing aspects of how the company members experienced this year of Covid. The production was looking at the problems of isolation and disconnection whilst also focusing on the perennial problem of perception, seeing the disability instead of the ability. Whilst allowing the participants to try differing styles, many parts of this production showed the depth of commitment of these players and allowed the audience just a little way into their world, all delivered with joy.
