While the magic is pretty incredible, Sam and Justin could make a great living being comediennes if they ever get tired of pulling rabbits out of hats. (Spoiler – they don’t actually pull any rabbits out of hats).

This is a high energy magic show, tricks and illusions appear continuously, all the while having the audience in stitches with laughter. Volunteers were plenty, as each volunteer received a free drink card for participating (and I think half the audience had, had a few drinks before they came.

Sam and Justin started with “…the finale. We will do three BIG reveals to start the show, not at the end” and the three big “reveals” were that, BIG! I am still not sleeping because of that darn mobile phone trick.

While a few of the tricks I had seen before, it was the wired energy and laughs from the two performers that carried the show. The show maybe R18+, but this is mainly because of language and themes it gets this rating. Even that is not too bad, although I would leave the kids at home. In fact, Sam & Justin are very busy this Fringe, doing The Greatest Magic Show and also Circus, both on weekends and aimed at families. Catch these with the kiddies.

Go see Adults Only Magic Show, you won’t be disappointed. Like me you probably won’t sleep for days after wondering, “How did they do that?”
