The Artist Ticketing Coordinator is one of a team of Coordinators, working collaboratively with the Ticketing Manager, Assistant Ticketing Manager, Senior Artist Ticketing Coordinator, Ticketing Programs Coordinators and Schools Program team.

The main objectives of the role are to provide excellent and efficient service for the registered artists, venues and presenters participating in Adelaide Fringe 2027, to build and proof the program of registered venues and events, and to assist in all manner of their ticketing requests. Requests come in through a shared inbox, and the role also provides face-to-face and over-the-phone ticketing services as required.

The Artist Ticketing Coordinators and the Ticketing Programs Coordinators support each other as workloads shift through the season. The Artist Ticketing Coordinators lean artist facing and the Ticketing Programs Coordinators lean program facing, and both are expected to pick up the other side of the work when it gets busy.

The Artist Ticketing Coordinator works extensively with the Artist and Venue Registration platform (AVR), the Red61 ticketing system and ManageMyTix reporting dashboard. At times the need may arise for the Artist Ticketing Coordinator to support the Customer Experience team, which may include helping to direct Customer Experience Casuals during busy periods.

In the lead up to and during the delivery of Adelaide Fringe, from 19 February to 21 March 2027, the Artist Ticketing Coordinator will be required to work outside of normal business hours (weekends and evenings) over a 7-day rotating roster.

Customer Experience Coordinator

Applications close: 20 Sep 2026

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you are a frontline leader ensuring Adelaide Fringe audiences, artists and venues receive the best possible festival experience. You will coordinate the daily operations of box offices, call centre, mobile teams and information points, taking responsibility for staff performance, site standards, and customer service delivery.

Ahead of casual and volunteer onboarding, you will be a direct point of contact for customers, personally delivering sales, calls and administrative support before transitioning into a leadership and escalation role as the wider team scales up.

This is a hands-on role where you will direct and motivate Supervisors, Assistants and Volunteers, manage site logistics, troubleshoot ticketing and operational issues, and ensure Adelaide Fringe’s policies and procedures are applied consistently. You will also play a key role in the rollout of our e-ticketing system, assisting artists and venues with Red61 Front of House technology and leading your team in its use.

Working under the leadership of the Assistant Customer Experience Manager, and at the direction of Head of Customer Experience, you will be able to operate with confidence and autonomy, while escalating higher-level issues when required. You will be an energetic and solutions-focused team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings positivity, clarity and direction to every shift.
