Artist Ticketing Coordinator

POSITION: Adelaide Fringe Artist Ticketing Coordinator
LOCATION: Adelaide Fringe Head Office
REPORTS TO: Senior Artist Ticketing Coordinator
EMPLOYMENT:Full time (Fixed Term, FTE 38 Hours), 3 November 2026 to 21 March 2027
SALARY: $68,042 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation

Education / Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office or customer service leadership role in festivals, events or venues.
- Experience supervising staff in high-pressure or fast paced operational contexts.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Red61 or similar).
- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Google Suite and digital tools.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays across a rotating roster during February and March 2027.
- Current Police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in an open-access arts festival. (desirable)
