Stepping out into the world on your own can be a really daunting experience – especially if you have a disability. Come bunker down with Kathryn Hall in this hilariously honest take on the ups and downs of finding adulthood in a youth shelter.

Expect the unexpected in Kathryn’s true story; from learning how to cook from teenagers, to an impossibly inaccessible school system, navigating a merry-go-round of therapists, and all of the curveballs that life in a home-away-from-home throws you while finding self-sufficiency.

This powerful solo debut from a seasoned performer of No Strings Attached Theatre of Disability blends comedy, drama, puppetry, dance and one very special blanket.

I am branching out to do my first solo show. This has been a project I have been wanting to write about for a long time. It's amazing when you actually take the time to sit and write how much material flows. I have previously performed in multiple Adelaide Fringe shows throughout the years with No Strings Theatre of Disability where I have learned the skills that have enabled me to create my first solo show.
