Sand sea surf and murder
On an idyllic beach in northern Queensland, everything seems perfect at the local surf school. But look behind the surface and find debts, undesirable characters, and dodgy life insurance claims. And then a body is found.

Spangled Aura Productions was set up by Sarah Gooda in the UK when she was 21, to produce her full length musical 'Limelight'. Since then we have produced short films and plays, many of which have had multiple seasons. The company produces original works and original adaptation of older works. Previous productions include kids shows 'The Magic Garden', 'Christmas in the Enchanted Castle' and 'The Haunted Forest' and plays 'The Inner Monologues', 'Just Say I Do', 'Not how Chaucer wrote it', '20,000 Leagues under the sea', 'Problem Central', and four shows for Short + Sweet. We haver been involved in Brisbane Fringe, BITS festival and Anywhere Theatre Festival. We were based in Brisbane for 7 years and has been on hiatus for a few years, but we are happy to be producing a season in 2023.
