Not what I expected. The intent was good, but the class felt chaotic—advanced poses started immediately, and transitions were rushed. We were told to move into one pose, but before we got there, the teacher was onto another. The sequencing felt off—we cooled down, then did backbends, which seemed risky. I love yoga, but I struggled to follow, felt discouraged, and left injured. Go with caution.

Thus was hilarious and horny. Five stars! Chefs kiss! Well done to all involved!

A clever take on lord of the flies

Always an interesting line up, often all are worth seeing. Mister Meredith is a brilliant MC and this really is a hidden gem. Still laughing after the show we saw last night.
