HOW TO DRINK WINE LIKE A WANKER Sunday 27th February @ Bar at Treasury 1860 I was fortunate to have seen this show at last year’s Fringe Festival and loved it so much, I experienced it again. Set in the historic bar of the Treasury 1860, this was a wine tasting with twist. Anna Thomas, acting as our wine expert for the afternoon, told us her story of self-discovery regarding career, finding one’s identity, personal loss, and of course, wine! Anna is a marvellous performer and told her story with conviction, honesty, and in a heart-warming and witty way. I also loved how Anna compared aspects of her life to different wine varietals. This show had it all: it made me laugh, and cry, and taste delicious lesser-known varietals of South Australian wine… but it also made me think and appreciate people’s journeys (and my own!) through life. Sadly, Anna will be retiring this show at this year’s Fringe but will be working on a new project for next year. Must see show! Running on Saturday 5th March and Sundays 27th February and 6th March SOLD OUT For more detailed reviews tune into Hush & Pandemonium on Three D Radio 93.7FM on Monday 28th February 9-11pm
