Bunnik Tours presents a beautiful theatre-style ballroom at Bunnik House for Adelaide Fringe 2026. Steeped in almost a century’s worth of stories, this flexible space seats 120 patrons (theatre set up) and is ideal for small scale productions, including stand-up comedy, live music and cabaret acts. For Fringe, the site includes access to pre and post show drinks and nibbles at the Mylkbar. A beautiful bar located just a minutes’ walk from the Ballroom. The venue offers accessible entry, and bathroom. Room hire is for a 60-minute performance and includes: 



  • 1 box office staff & 1 event coordinator on the night

  • A staffed bar open before and after your show (Mylkbar)

  • Raised stage with back entrance + 2 speakers

  • 2 wireless microphones

  • screen & projector + clickshare connection

  • Lighting upon request

  • 15-minute bump in/bump out

The Bunnik House Ballroom has two main entrances. The Gawler Place ramp entrance allows for wheelchair access and any large equipment needing to be wheeled inside. This is accessed through our retail office. This is generally locked and requires pre-arrangement. Along Flinders Street is the stairway leading to the lobby and sliding door entrance to the Ballroom.
