Bunnik House is home to the South Australian founded business Bunnik Tours - a tour operator passionate about all things travel and offering tours in destinations all over the globe. As a new adventure, Bunnik House is excited to open its doors to artists and audiences of all ages for Adelaide Fringe 2026.

The Bunnik House Ballroom has two main entrances. The Gawler Place ramp entrance allows for wheelchair access and any large equipment needing to be wheeled inside. This is accessed through our retail office. This is generally locked and requires pre-arrangement. Along Flinders Street is the stairway leading to the lobby and sliding door entrance to the Ballroom.
