Recovering Eldest Daughter
When Rachel was born, her identity was clear: over achieving eldest daughter who had no choice but to be perfect. But what happens when that title is taken away from you?
Rachel's family is anything but conventional: neurodiverse, mentally ill, stubborn and unable to apologise for anything - you get the picture. But Rachel was always the one who had her sh*t together (or so she thought). A surprise gender transition from her older sibling forced Rachel to take a good, hard look at her own identity within her family - if she was no longer the eldest daughter, was she still a bad b*tch?
