Senior Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator

Adelaide Fringe is seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the Reconciliation, Sustainability, Accessibility, and Multicultural committees both internally and externally. The Senior D&I Coordinator will manage and facilitate community outreach while actively participating in strategies to transform organizational culture in the domains of diversity and inclusion.

Essential Criteria:
  • Genuine understanding of social justice, diversity and inclusion principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge and capacity to support workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and build partnerships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong resilience and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in developing strategies and policies
  • Strong Administration experience
