We Belong | A Kommune Special
Every once in a while, two voices rise from distant lands and echo the same truth.
One First Nations, the other Dalit. Both poets. Both rebels. Both keepers of ancestral memory. 'We Belong' brings together the spellbinding words and visual worlds of a poetic duet that crosses oceans but feels like home.
Through storytelling, music and visual art, the show explores:

Kommune is a collective that transacts in stories bred in culture and led by creators. We work with artists, creators, brands, researchers and other partners to create unique ideas across culture, community, content, learning and live experiences. We produce the annual Spokenfest, voted 'Best Festival IP' at EEMA 2020, 2022, 2023, 2025 and 'Art & Culture Festival of the Year' at WOW Awards Asia 2024.
