On the doorstep of the hotels, restaurant precinct, universities and business hub it’s an ideal base for Fringe Events... easy for guests but secluded and peaceful beyond the blue stone fence and clipped green lawns. Our Events Spaces and garden pavilion, are wonderfully versatile each with unique character and modern facilities; state-of- the-art audio systems, air-conditioning and mood-lighting. Staging is available.

Entrance is via two gates off North Terrace and via a gate off Paxton's Walk on the western side Ayers House. Enter the venue via the Foyer on the eastern side (off car park)(eastern side of Ayers House).
