The Marnkutyi Parirna (Three Rivers) Performing Arts Theatre provides outstanding performing and learning spaces for a wide variety of educational and community uses.
Marnkutyi Parirna Theatre is the only theatre in South Australia that is designed to cater for performing arts, orchestral music and amplified music...it is an exceptional, state-of-the-art Theatre, with unmatched functionality and flexibility.
The Theatre's beautiful facade, landscaping and foyer space encapsulates our indigenous ancestries. The 'Three Rivers' reference the local Gawler River, North Para & South Para Rivers which converge at a significant meeting place for Aboriginals. An Emu inspired colour palette also runs throughout the Theatre.
The spectacular auditorium provides a versatile performance space that exudes quality. Acoustic control and performance along with modern audio, lighting and visual systems, enable us to be a leader in the arts community.
