The Courtyard of Curiosities at the Migration Museum is a venue on Kintore Avenue with 3 spaces for shows in Fringe. There is a courtyard which includes a food and beverage offering and nice seating outside for before and after shows.
Our spaces:
The Yurt is a hand-built traditional wood and canvas circular structure with a great feel and lovely atmosphere. It's a 60 seat venue set up semi 'in the round'. The Yurt has been designed to have no central poles in it so there are clear sight lines for the audience. The Yurt has a blackout cloth lining, spot lighting for performances, a small sound system for music playback, mixing desk and microphones.
The Chapel is a bluestone building - a 60 seat venue with theatre-style row seating. The Chapel has spot lighting for performances, a small sound system for music playback, mixing desk and microphones.
The Gallery is identical to the Chapel setup but with 70 seats.
The space is part of: The Courtyard of Curiosities at the Migration Museum
