Sinclairs Gully - Where Wine meets Wilderness......
Set on a 20 acre nature sanctuary in the Adelaide Hills, we lead the way in sustainable wine production and conservation, from our zero waste and water self sufficient cellar door, through to our biodynamic viticultural practices and landcare work in our critically endangered candlebark forest. The multi-awarded property has over 150 species of native plants and 66 species of birds, many endangered or rare.
Sinclair’s Gully provides visitors with an opportunity to enjoy a range of sustainable wine, music, ecotourism and nature based experiences set in an endangered candlebark forest.
Come and discover the wild side of wine on a spring wine and wild flower walk, a summer sunset session with the black cockatoos flying through the valley at dusk, or make your own sparkling at a fizzology session.
Adelaide Hills' first SA Hall of Fame and multi awarded sustainable eco winery is just 15 minutes from Magill in the foothills.
