Located in the Adelaide CBD, we specialise in first-class healing and restorative treatments including float therapy, salt therapy, massage, Havening Techniques, SoulNar Sound Healing and Energy Therapy, mobile corporate yoga, sound immersions and meditation.


We aim to nurture and relax each of our clients with individualized and innovative therapeutic techniques. Creating a safe place for healing to occur, we provide you with only the highest level of quality care and service that you deserve.

Please press the buzzer on the left-hand side of the wall for late night Friday and Saturday sessions to be let in, as building is in out-of-office mode. On-street parking is available out front and across the road, behind us in Ifould Street, in the multi-story in Sudholz Place and after hours in the Bob Jane T-Mart car park on the corner of Pulteney and Flinders Streets.
