Ambra Spirits Distillery & Bar

You're moseying through the suburban streets of West Thebarton when you hear sounds of laughter and music emanating from an industrial building. Walk through the outdoor Terrace into the main bar and be greeted with a vibrant wall of liqueurs and gins. Sink into couches under overhead fairy lights in the Distillery Room, featuring a gleaming copper still named 'Frank', or open the roller door to let in the sunshine and create an outdoor seating area with 'Sophia', our spritz van.

Adelaide meets the Amalfi Coast at Ambra Spirits, as we share the essence of our Italian heritage with the vibrancy of Australia to highlight the joy of shared moments and act as a catalyst for community engagement and cultural expression.

Containing three distinct areas - our shaded outdoor Terrace seating, private Distillery Room and vibrant main Bar - Ambra Distillery & Bar can accommodate up to 150 guests. Amenities include audio visual equipment, on-site catering and a fully serviced bar.
