The Treasury 1860 courtyard is a hidden garden of tranquil beauty in the middle of the CBD. Flanked by trees and the Adina hotel apartments, a stunning fountain and the gorgeous bar and restaurant of Treasury 1860 just through the hallway, this space is beautiful and ambient.
It is quiet, protected and absolutely beautiful. The space would be perfect for both an Amphitheatre and a live music venue. The venue is available for performances from Tuesday-Sunday, with some limitations on Friday night performance time slots. Available time slots are as follows: Tuesday-Thursday: 6pm, 7:30pm Friday: 7pm, 8:30pm Sat-Sun: 3pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7:30pm Treasury 1860 will manage the door, ticketing, and provide the tech for each performance. There is either a straight hire fee or a ticket split option available, but tech fee is in addition to either option.
