The Women’s Room - Underestimated
After sellout seasons in Canberra and Melbourne festivals and a Best in Comedy nomination at Sydney Fringe, Trish Hurley, Tanya Losanno, and Jacqui Richards bring their third joint show to Adelaide.
Hurley, a hypochondriac ex-nurse, balances family chaos, diagnosing her neighbours and travelling with her deal-hunting husband. Richards, an ex-therapist (self described as Australia's most popular widow) dodges matchmakers while discovering parenting truths and developing a social conscience. Losanno, a marriage celebrant and preschool teacher, juggles immigrant family pressures, hormones, and teenagers. With sharp, relatable humour, this show is for women and the people who love them.
“Big laughs guaranteed from this comedy trio powerhouse” BMA Magazine.
