Pirates of the Peesey - Sea Shanty Soiree

Sea shanties, shipwrecks, and shenanigans! The Pirates of the Peesey return to Ballara Art & Lifestyle Retreat for their third and saltiest Soirée yet, by popular demand.

This theatrical, interactive feast features a degustation of local produce served by buxom pirate wenches, hearty sea shanty singalongs, and plenty of swashbuckling fun.

A sell-out hit at the 2022 Fringe Festival and 2023 Yorke Peninsula arts calendar, this exclusive event is catered by Caroline Bonnet of MBC Foods and sea shanties directed by Liam Ken Smith.

Add tales from our Shipwreck Coast and pitchers of rum cocktails, and you’ve got a first-rate gathering. Savvy?

Ticket price includes: canape style 8 course meal and a drink on arrival.  Additional drinks are available to purchase at the bar. Feel free to dress for the occasion.
