MOJITO! - The Hemingway Cabaret
Literary giant Ernest Hemingway, orchestrates a soiree of Latin music at his
favourite bar, La Bodeguita del Medio, in Havana, Cuba. Mojito cocktails
weave their magic spell as the singers are caught in a web of amorous and
political intrigue. Set in the cusp of Castro's revolution and the Batista
regime's demise, MOJITO! presents an exotic mix of Cuban and Spanish --
influenced Rumbas, Baladas, Boleros and Salsa performed by a ten-piece
orquesta of very cool, yet hot musicians. Brendan Fitzgerald's stellar
international lineup in Grupo Mojito!, like Hemingway, traverse the Latino
world to ignite a fiesta of fire and flair in this fast-moving cabaret.
