Mistral art was created in the late 2000's as a pseudonym for myself as to paint and exhibit my art when I was an emerging artist. I began painting not only as tool for self-expression but as a vice for my psychological survival at times & found a space of healing and calm when I created art work. I would in my 20's study contemporary art and go on to study and graduate with a degree in psychology & counselling including post graduate studies in wellness & education. In 2023, Mistral art would evolve into therapeutic spaces where I would create my own art therapy business and help both adults and children learn not only how to express themselves through the process of creating their own art but to empower individuals within their own lives.
