In Her Words - Elizabeth’s Story (A Guided Tour)
Step inside the haunting walls of Adelaide Gaol and uncover the tragic tale of Elizabeth Woolcock – the only woman ever executed in South Australia and one of only 25 women executed in Australia.
In Her Words – Elizabeth’s Story, presented by Deb Robinson, is a powerful one-hour guided tour that brings history to life where it happened.
Follow in Elizabeth’s footsteps as her story unfolds, from hardship and heartbreak to the trial that sealed her fate. Blending true crime, history, and theatre, this tour offers a rare chance to explore the Gaol while experiencing Elizabeth’s life and final days in her own words.
Both chilling and deeply moving, this experience invites you to reflect on justice, society, and the silenced voices of the past.
