I'll Be Your Mirror: A Homage to The Velvet Underground

Get ready to step into the avant-garde world of The Velvet Underground and Andy Warhol.

Featuring a line-up of musicians studying at the Elder Conservatorium of Music, 'I’ll Be Your Mirror' are set to present an unforgettable show at the 2026 Adelaide Fringe. They will be performing the entirety of the groundbreaking 1967 album, 'The Velvet Underground & Nico' as well as classic tracks from their subsequent 3 albums.

The 5-piece ensemble skillfully swap instruments throughout the show to faithfully recreate the diverse range of instrumentation that defined The Velvet Underground's sound.

Performing at The Grace Emily, the band will draw from their experience in experimental rock and free jazz to infuse improvisation throughout the songs to add a unique spin on the source material.
