"The kids are alright" 😍🙌 One of the best music gigs at the Fringe I've been to in years. These students and musicians didn't offer a pastiche of the VU, they channelled them. Two hour long sets that electrified from the opening chord to the dying feedback strains of Sister Ray. A unalloyed joy from start to finish. If I could have gone back in to hear it again, I would have. I really hope that they come back next year and do it again. 5 stars EASILY.

This is NOT a tribute band but a celebration of some of the most important songs of the late 1960's (my teenage years - yes I am old). The 5 extremely talented musicians understand what the music represents and have clearly spent time and effort to create the two sets performed. We may not hear them as a band in the future, but I would be surprised if some or all don't have musical success. Thanks for a great evening and recreating lovely memories.
