Coming in hot from a world tour and a Las Vegas residency in 2025, comedian and serial renter Ethan Cavanagh returns to Adelaide Fringe with his critically-acclaimed hour of solo stand-up.
As well as obliterating Ethan’s prospects of home ownership, this show promises an hour of laughs with material covering everything from serial killers to property managers (same difference, let’s be honest), plus a smattering of Venn Diagrams for the PowerPoint fans.

Ethan Cavanagh was diagnosed as a stand-up comedian at the ripe old age of 15 and has been learning to live with the symptoms ever since.
Country-bumpkin-turned-big-smoke, Ethan originally hails from rural Western Victoria, but is now one of Melbourne’s fastest-rising and extravagantly over-dressed comedians, with a few awards to boot.
Having toured multiple sell-out shows across Australia and internationally, Ethan is fast becoming known for his trademark polished style and fast-paced delivery that threads razor-sharp observations through familiar storytelling.
His global touring highlights include a sold-out debut season at The Edinburgh Fringe, residencies in Las Vegas and Toronto, and an extended sold-out run in New York’s off-Broadway Soho Playhouse.
