Following the success of Amore e Morte, this new piece adds passione (passion) in the devastating tale of the tragic & dangerous love and loss told through music composed and played by Italian pianist, Riccardo Barone and danced by Japanese-Indian dancer, Shakti. Story of a migrant who left all behind for a new life but the past catches up to him. The ghost of the past comes back to haunt him, pleading him to save her. Blood. Tears. Wine. Passion.

A love story born between death, war and torment. He is a pilot and his plane had crashed. She is a nurse who nurses him. Passion ignites but due to his duties as a soldier and her commitment as a nurse their love is doomed. Separation is inevitable after his recovery.

Riccardo Barone, composer, conductor, pianist and music teacher, began to play the piano at the age of 2 without any formal teaching. He graduated from conservatory San Pietro a Majella in Naples with a bachelor degree in piano, diploma in composition, masters degree in wind band conducting and composition. In his career as pianist and composer he has performed over 200 concerts and composed more than 200 works for solo instrument and orchestra, plus awarded with first prize for his composition “Evasione IV” published by Berben Editions. One of his specialities is improvising music for silent movies. He recorded some of his works for Classicaviva editions and has composed various soundtracks for movies, documentaries and theatre.
