A brilliantly funny show with two outstanding performers. There were so many jokes and Disney references to leave the audience in absolute stitches.

My middle school English/Drama teacher played Cassie in this show, and WOW she was amazing!!! Her and David had perfect comedic timing, beautiful voices and the strongest stage presence I’ve seen in a while. My only complainant is that the show season was so short, I wish I could go and see it again!

I honestly couldn’t stop laughing! Sam’s years as a street performer have forged an unscrupulous and quick wit, with a knack for leaning into the absurdity of magic. The actual magic tricks are fun and clever but the real magic is found in the spaces in between. The ridiculous set ups, crazy narrative and delightfully awkward exchanges with the audience are where Sam’s brilliance really comes out to play. You won’t regret seeing this!!

In the past 3 years since my father moved to the Riverland, I have recommended 5 shows to him that I believe were worth him making the trip down to see. Four of them were tours from his favourite bands, and the 5th one was The Dark Room. This is a brilliant show that gamers, wrestling fans, metalheads, and everyone who's ever felt they never quite fit in will piss themselves laughing watching and joining in on. It's like Zork if the game got frustrated and angry at you too!

Imaan Hadchiti has such brilliant comedy talent and I can't wait to see his career flourish.

Pam Ford's show was an excellent story of a life living with each foot in Australian and English culture, a type of story oft left unexplored nowadays that so many Ten Pound Poms (and their descendents) will relate to and find hilarious and emotional. Her comedic style is a perfect blend of Dave Allen and your sweet aunty who's always up for a chat and a cup of tea, and the intimate setting of the room above the Griffins pub on Grenfell St is the perfect setting for such a show
