This show isn't really hidden, but it is definitely a gem. The storytelling is captivating, the music heartfelt, and the audience is so gently held through the devastatingly beautiful story.

Phenomenal. Saw Grandfather Poseidon from Wright and Grainger on 2025 and thought we’d serious enjoy this - did not disappoint at all! Thoroughly recommend.

Heavy going and difficult to understand the dialogue at some points, but a tour de force of powerfully delivered words, broken up, thankfully, by enjoyable, generally light hearted songs. Overall very entertaining if you’re looking for a theatrical experience this fringe.

Where Wright & Grainger’s 2025 Fringe production of Helios was quiet and tender, their 2026 production of Orpheus is loud and funny, that is until it takes you to an emotional edge. The duo’s continued genius is their use of space, enhancing the emotional journey they invite you on.
