What an amazing man Troy is. He had us captivated by his honest recount of his brave recovery from a very traumatic up bringing. A true inspiration to all. A story well told through poetry and song and a very small guitar. A must see performance !!!!! Thank you Troy for sharing your journey with us all and we wish you every success in the future!!!

This was a remarkable show, brave in its story telling, and artful with its words and music, so incredibly moving- it deserves larger audiences and stages, it was that good. Utmost respect for Troy 5⭐️

This was a deep and moving work. Troy brought together his personal experiences across a timeline and brought the audience with him giving us an experience more than a show. Heart wrenching at times, Troy still managed to weave in humour and hope. I will go again. Highly recommend.

Raw, heartfelt and emotional. Through gripping storytelling and song, we are invited to share in one man’s true story of starting life in a straight jacket and fighting adversity throughout childhood and youth to break free and lead a good life. It was a privilege to be invited to share his story.
