A courageous and wonderful production of a highly complex and emotive true story . Excellent script writing , acting and production . The theatre setting in the garden at Holden st was perfect in its intimacy . I highly recommend . 5 stars

So incredible and moving that I saw it twice. Genuinely impossible to pick a stand-out performance amongst a cast of this incredible actors.

Very strong performance by this cast, 100% solid and the staging in direction are super engaging. Definitely worth seeing.

This play was thought provoking and really interesting. The cast were amazing and the setting (The Barbara Hardy Garden) made it even more fascinating. This will not be everyone’s cup of tea and comes with 12 content warnings - I really loved it and would recommend you see it. Take a jumper, it gets cold.

Do not miss this show! Brilliant and deeply moving. Historical 'fiction' with clear contemporary resonance. Slyly humorous and genuinely affecting moment in theatre that had me thinking for a long time after.

The Barbara Hardy Garden is the perfect setting for this play about identity. The use of the space is very effective. The 6 actors are great; the 2 that narrate the piece stood out, but then the others were also excellent.

Funny, sad, and deeply moving. Contemporary theatre at its best. Strongly recommended.
