On the morning of the 24th of January 2023 Sydney commuters across the CBD should brace themselves for an onslaught of camp, colour and chaos as Australia’s BIGGEST arts festival, Adelaide Fringe takes over Martin Place.

The headlining spectacular of the Adelaide Fringe program for 2023 will be Electric Skies, following on from the award-winning drone show, Sky Song.

The Adelaide Fringe 2023 Official Fringe Guide is hitting the streets before Christmas for the first time ever! Jam-packed with more than 1200 shows, the guide is available at Foodland stores across South Australia from today and selected BankSA branches later this week. The eye-catching publication features the 2023 winning poster design on the cover, Fleurs de Fringe, by artist and designer Alana Naylor.

Adelaide Fringe has been excited and proud in its first 12 months of obtaining a Reconciliation Australia endorsed Reconciliation Action Plan. Adelaide Fringe’s ‘Innovate’ level RAP is part of an ongoing journey that includes learning, relearning and evolving to put First Nations people, groups and values first. We are extremely pleased to share with you the progress and learnings from the first year of our RAP. We sat down with Adelaide Fringe artist Diana Divine to discuss their experience as an artist at Adelaide Fringe. We asked Diana if they would be happy to participate in an interview that celebrates their experience as an artist, while shining some light on their experience as an artist living with a disability.

This week we get to unveil the epic street mural created by the extremely talented Wendy Dixon-Whiley. We had a chat with Wendy to ask a stack of questions about the process, the end result and her experiences at Adelaide Fringe.
