You Were In My Dream Last Night

A girl sits alone in her flat in Berlin. There is a sleeping murder of 100 crows in the tree outside. She hasn't slept in 2 days.

In her debut play, Bobbie explores themes of love, death, connection, and dreams as a 20-somethin' living in Berlin.. living in this world.

A slice of life piece of theatre, combining storytelling, original songs, and absurd dreamscapes. We follow one woman's long night out in Berlin, and a phone call back home. And a hell of a lot of memories, dreams, and thoughts along the way. 

And a man on a train with face tattoos... but don't worry about that just yet.

Bobbie is an actor, writer, musician, and storyteller. After studying a Bachelor of Acting, she went on to create her debut comedy-cabaret solo show 'Closure at a Self-Serve Checkout' in 2023. Opening at the Adelaide Fringe, it went on to win an award and rave reviews, and a sell-out season at MICF. Inspired by the audience catharsis the show seemed to provide, Bobbie took it to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe the same year. Australia hasn't seen her since. Gallivanting the globe for 2 years, she found home in Berlin where she has been expanding her artistic practices, having a few ego deaths, and dreaming of what to create next. Well, this is it. Bobbie is thrilled to be returning to her roots in Adelaide to share the world premiere of her second show with her favourite audience.
