Welcome to Carnevale at WEA
Step into the colour, joy and indulgence of Italian Carnevale at the WEA.
Carnevale is a time of celebration, mischief and abundance, and the food is no exception.
In this fun and entertaining cooking session, Roberto Riovanto will prepare a selection of traditional Carnevale treats such as frittelle, crostoli and crespelle, all made to be shared and enjoyed together.
Along the way, you’ll discover the stories, customs and flavours behind this much-loved Italian celebration.
As the saying goes, “A carnevale, ogni scherzo vale” - anything goes at carnival time, and fun is guaranteed in this deliciously festive class.
Ticket includes traditional Italian treats that will be prepared and shared together.
For questions about the cooking session, please contact enrolments@wea-sa.com.au, or phone (08) 8223 1979. Please note Companion Card tickets receive entrance to the show only.
