Christina Evans is a dance artist and actor who recently returned home to Adelaide after a decade in Los Angeles. A WAAPA graduate, she was the first performing artist to receive an Australian Antarctic Arts Fellowship, spending time in Antarctica creating dance works ‘Polarity’ and ‘Body of Ice’. Her multi-award winning piece ‘TOYS’ shed light on sex trafficking, with sell-out performances across Australia, Los Angeles and New York. Previously she performed with Tony Yap Company in Melbourne and can be seen in the smash hit documentary ‘That Sugar Film’. Her recent site-specific series ‘Original Woman’ was created amongst the ancient caves sites of Cantabria, Spain. 'Together Forever' debuted at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in 2024, winning the TVO Award for Best Dance/Physical Theatre.
