Presented by: Sadie Humphrey
Originally from South London and based in Adelaide, Sadie Humphrey is a jazz-trained vocalist, songwriter, and vocal educator noted for a soulful, genre-blending style. Her journey spans London to New York, performing and learning from leading jazz artists. Her music blends jazz, neo-soul, funk, rock and cabaret, exploring authenticity, emotion, and connection onstage and in her teaching.
The British Babes Songbook band features Adelaide musicians: Emma Callisto (trumpet/vocals), Jessica Isler (sax), Jacqui Maynard (keys/vocals), Crafty (bass/vocals), Jacob Howard (guitar/vocals), and Michael Marino (drums). With broad experience onstage and in classrooms across Australia & beyond including the Elder Conservatorium and TAFESA they bring musicianship, warmth, humour to every performance.
