The 60 Four started in 2015, when Ben Francis, Lachlan Williams, Kyle Charles Hall and Tom Russell found themselves singing ’60s music in a high-school class taught by well-known Australian cabaret performer Michael Griffiths. It was their first taste of the spine-tingling harmonies that were so prevalent in the era.
In that same year, they prepared a medley of songs by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, and performed it at the Adelaide Theatre Guide Awards night at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, receiving a standing ovation and three job offers on the spot.
Under Ben's leadership, The 60 Four has gone from performances at 40-seat venues to hugely successful, and award-winning state and national tours, with exclusively 5-star reviews.
