Sunday Serenade

Arbor Wind Ensemble presents masterworks of late Romantic wind music. The serenades by Dvořák and Richard Strauss are considered to be among the finest music written for this combination of instruments. The luscious harmonies ring through the vibrant acoustic of Epiphany Church.
Arbor Ensemble brings together some of Adelaide's finest woodwind players under the baton of Alex Roose.

Arbor Wind Ensemble was formed in 2008 by a group of musicians who are passionate about wind playing. Individual members of the ensemble have extensive experience in chamber and orchestral groups, and come from diverse backgrounds. Alex Roose is a singer and conductor based in Adelaide. He has performed extensively throughout Australia and the UK.
