Kalah is a Ngarrindjeri Christian Comedian & started Stand-Up when she was encouraged to enter Deadly in Feb. '24 by Unky/Bro Kevin Kropinyeri, something she never imagined. Her late Mum once told her that she'd be good at Stand Up so she decided to give it a go as a way of honouring her. In March, she won the SA Final & 48 hours later was honoured to perform alongside Aboriginal Comedy All Stars at Adelaide Fringe. In April, Kalah was crowned joint winner of DF Grand Final at Melbourne International Comedy Festival; May was Opening Act for Vanessa Larry Mitchell in Murray Bridge then back to Melbourne for Funny Mob (ACM) - in June & Kungari Comedy (Kungari Productions) in July. Kalah aims to promote perseverance, hope & healing through laughter as she shares her struggles & success.
