A BDSM dungeon is only as good as its staff: the dommes, subs, and of course, the manager. In order to fund her dreams when starting out in stand-up comedy in New York City, Katharyn Henson worked a day job as the manager of a BDSM dungeon. From her desk in the office of the dungeon, Katharyn served as the conduit between clients and her co-workers, becoming immersed within a world often judged and misunderstood and experiencing real stories involving the brilliant, funny and flawed people that shape such an unconventional workplace.
