SpOonLess
Ever feel like your energy drains faster than everyone else's? You're not alone.
The award-winning creators of BOSS SQUAD (★★★★★ Serenade Files) are back with a gripping new season packed with skill, unexpected humour & heartfelt storytelling.
Inspired by Spoon Theory, using spoons to symbolise energy levels, SpOonLess follows two neurodivergent people as they navigate the invisible struggles & secret joys of living outside the mould.
Fusing acrobatics, juggling & sideshow with spoken word & live music, SpOonLess explores concepts like hyperfocus & stimming to unmask the beautiful messiness of the neurodivergent experience as “different not less”.
Ultimately, SpOonLess embraces a dramatic journey of connection & acceptance, highlighting the power of compassion for when the spoons run out.
Performers may interact with and invite audience members on stage during the show.
